Return & Refund Policy

We want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return / Replacement Window

• We offer a 14-day return & replacement policy.

• The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

2. Size Exchange Policy

• Customers are required to verify their size using our size chart before placing an order.

• If the wrong size is ordered by the customer, replacement is allowed but delivery charges of PKR 350 will apply for the replacement shipment.

• If the wrong size is sent by us, the replacement will be 100% free of cost, including delivery.

3. Wrong / Defective Item

• If you receive a wrong item, defective product, or incorrect size from our side, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures.

• In such cases, replacement will be provided free of charge.

4. Refund Policy

• We do not offer cash refunds.

• Eligible cases will be processed as replacement only.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or replacements will not be accepted if:

• The item is damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

• The return request is made after 14 days.

• The product is used, washed, or altered.
